fees and funding

fees

Our hourly rate with effect from September 1st 2026 is £8.40 for two-year-olds, and £7.10 for three-year-olds and older.

We accept payment by BACS or Debit/Credit card payment and can also take Childcare Vouchers, or payment through the Government Tax-Free Childcare Scheme.

Additional fees

Breakfast Club

Our breakfast club is an optional enhancement to our sessional offer, commencing in September 2026. Breakfast club will run from 8.00am to 9.00am, and your child will be offered a healthy breakfast, with items such as fruit/cereal/yoghurt/toast available to choose from. You will be unable to use the Early Years Childcare and Education funding for this session, although you will be able to pay your invoice from your Tax-Free-Childcare account. Our fee for breakfast club is £9.50 for two-year-olds and £8.50 for three-year-olds and older, per session.

Healthy Snack

We provide a healthy snack during our AM (9.00-12.00) sessions. We ask for a voluntary donation of 50p per session towards supply and provision of this snack, which is frequently used as a chance to get your child involved in food preparation and cooking, helping their motor skill development, and an awareness of healthy eating.

If you wish to opt out of this donation, please contact the setting manager for alternative arrangements to be discussed.

Late Collection Fee

We reserve the right to charge a late collection fee if you are late collecting your child. Our published fee for this is £10 for the first 15 minutes, then £5 for each additional 5 minutes.

Funding

We accept government-funded places for eligible 2-year-olds, and all 3 and 4-year-olds, for our core three hour sessions (AM and PM).

Additional hours can be paid for on a sessional basis, and for our Breakfast Club. Please see above, or contact us, for our current fees and availability.

We offer both 15 and 30 hours funded places for eligible families, subject to availability. If you're unsure about your entitlement or how to apply, we're happy to talk you through it and help you make the most of your funding.

It is vital that we receive a note of your funding eligibility code before the start of the term during which the funding is first being claimed. While we may be able to make a late claim, success is not guaranteed.

It is your responsibility to check that we have the correct code in time, and that you continue to re-confirm eligibility with HMRC every three months, as required.
