courgette cake and muffins

We mixed, chopped, grated and stirred the courgette into the cake mixture, it helps to develop and strengthen our fine motor muscles so we are ready for lots of writing and pen holding when we get to big school. It also teaches us new skills to help mummy and daddy in the kitchen at home. we all took turns and waited patiently, its very hard to remember not to lick our fingers!
